Owns: 1. Montgomery, patented, in Gilpin Co., on Bob Tail Hill, near the Old Gregory Bob Tail mine, an old, well-known producer;
2. the Atlanta, patented, on Bull Hill, Cripple Creek District, in the S. E. ¼ Sec. 20, adjoining the Hull City Placer, Findley and Minnie Bell; also
3. the Roanna, unpatented, in same location, about 6 acres in the two.

The Atlanta and Roanna at Independence, formerly owned by the Gilpin and Cripple Creek company, now owned by the M.J. Houlahan estate, has been leased by Denver parties who are preparing for work.
The Atlanta shaft produced good ore prior to 1900 but has been inactive since that date.
