Crescent Lessees in High Grade
Womack Hill, overlooking Cripple Creek and once the scene of big excitement and some production, has again come to notice through the revelation of lessees on the Crescent claim. From $150 to $200 per ton is the estimate placed on the quality of the ore body that has just been opened at grass roots. Its area has not been determined. A trial shipment has been made.

Crescent Once Again on Shipping List
The Crescent on Womack hill, at one time a producer of high-grade ores and now owned by the Stratton estate, has again entered the shipping list.
Lessees have opened promising ore bodies and made their initial shipment some two weeks ago. The ore runs about $40 to the ton.
