BRODIE MILL WILL OPEN
Mound City Concern Will Start Up Again
CAPACITY IS SIXTY TONS
WILL AFFORD ANOTHER OUTLET FOR THE ORE OF THE GREAT GOLD CAMP

It was reliably reported last evening that, within a week, the old Brodie mill will be reopened, under entirely new management. Whether the mill will be leased or not, could not be learned, but no matter under what conditions the mill opens, there will be another outlet for the already congested condition of the ore market.

The Brodie mill has a capacity of 60 tons a day, and when it opens there will be no difficulty in filling it with ore, and the mill can run full blast without losing an hour. The mill was one of the first in the district, and that it was closed, even temporarily, was surprising to all, and the news that it will again open will be hailed with delight by people who, at present, have no outlet for their ore.
