Midland was a Station along the Midland Terminal route, and from December 1893 til early July 1894 it also was the terminus of the same railroad before they built on into the Cripple Creek District and ended in Cripple Creek Town itself by December 1895.
It was located at Milepost 33.1 along the Midland Terminal when you count the route all the way from Colorado Springs, or at Milepost 6.2 when Divide was the original start of the Midland Terminal, as it was when the Colorado Midland still was running as a Railroad.
